You open the page
Does the site follow me with cookies while I read?
No. There are no advertising cookies here. There are no tracking pixels, no Google or Facebook trackers and no analytics scripts.
You need no account. There is no sign-up form on the site.
Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver and protect the pages, Cloudflare processes your IP address.
You arrive from a video
What is recorded when I use a link from a video or QR code?
Some links in my videos, and the QR codes, carry a small code. When you use one, we note the time, the video or link, and the page it opened.
We also note your country and a scrambled code made from your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored. The code cannot be turned back into it.
This tells us only which videos help people. One small cookie, kept for 30 days, remembers which version of the book page you saw. So the page stays the same when you return. It is the only cookie this site sets. Hotmart's checkout has its own cookies under Hotmart's policy.
You buy a book
When I buy a book, who sees my card?
You pay on Hotmart's secure checkout. Hotmart collects your name, email, billing and payment details. We never see your card number.
Hotmart tells us your email, what you bought, the price, your country and which video or link brought you.
For book orders, we keep only a scrambled version of your email. We do not keep the email itself.
You join the weekly cards
What do you keep when I join the membership?
Hotmart passes us your name, email, country and time zone. It also passes your membership status and dates, and which video or link you came from.
We keep these to send your letters and the weekly card for your bag.
Our letters tell us if they were delivered, and which links inside them were clicked.
You stop halfway at checkout
What if I start paying and then stop?
Sometimes a checkout is not finished, or the payment does not go through. Then Hotmart may pass us your name and email.
We may send up to two emails to remind you. One click stops them. If you already bought, we never send them.
You write to me
What happens to my reply when I write back?
We keep your message and your email so we can answer you.
The full raw copy of the email is deleted after 90 days. The text of the message stays, so the conversation can continue.

Does a computer help write the answers I receive?
Yes. To answer letters faster, an AI writing assistant may help draft our replies.
Your message is used only for that. Nothing else.
Why we keep anything
What do you use my information for?
To deliver your books and letters. To answer your questions. To process refunds.

What we never do
Will you sell my name or email to anyone?
No. We never sell your personal information, and we never rent it.
It is not shared for advertising either. On this point there are no exceptions.

Which other services touch my information?
Hotmart handles payments, book delivery and membership billing.
Resend sends our emails.
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores our data and receives the email you send us. Each of the three has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
How long do you keep my information?
Membership data: while you are a member, and until you ask us to delete it.
If you unsubscribe, we keep only a scrambled “do not email” note. That way, you are never emailed again.
Order records: as long as the law requires.

How do I stop emails, or see what you hold about me?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply with the word “unsubscribe”.
To see, correct or delete your data, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
This works wherever you live in the US, California included. Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, as the law requires.

Is this site meant for young children?
No. The books and the membership are for adults.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
